Trust Leader

Mandi has led on secondary and primary school improvement work since 2004, and has taught within the education sector since 1991. Mandi is Trust Leader of Success Academy Trust, as well as Principal of Thomas Estley Community College and Preschool.

She currently leads the TELA learning alliance CPD and oversees the NPQ programme for Leicester and Leicestershire TS Hub. She is passionate about leadership development for adults and young people and has delivered leadership training through the county and beyond. She also delivers school improvement for the DfE and the local authority.

  Trust Operations and Finance Officer 

 who has also worked as a School Business Manager for over 25 years.  Since 2016 she has worked as the Trust’s Operations and Finance Officer (CFO) working to develop the Trust’s central finance and operations team.

Ann-Marie is a great supporter of lifelong learning and systems leadership and holds a number of roles including working as an SLE within the TELA Alliance co-chairing the SBM TELA network meetings; a Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leaders (FISBL) and a Governor at another Secondary Academy within Leicestershire.

   Primary School Improvement Lead  

Becky has worked for the Trust since April 2022. Before this she worked as an Assistant Head Teacher at Richmond Primary School. Becky provides school improvement support across the schools in the Trust as well as conducting quality assurance through our Deep Dive process and Peer Reviews. Her specialism is Mathematics and Data Analysis.  

   Governance Professional Lead  

 Amanda joined the Trust in September 2023 and was previously a governor at Cosby Primary School. She has worked with in Higher Education all of her career, including Assistant Registrar and Data Protection Officer roles. Amanda provides governance and compliance guidance and support across the Trust.   

 Trust Marketing Officer ​

​Jo has worked for the Trust since 2018. She provides marketing, PR and social media support for the Trust, producing promotional and branding materials.  Jo is also responsible for creating our Trust press releases and newsletters. ​Jo also provides CPD support and administration for our learning alliance – TELA.
